We act as an agent in the purchase of furnished and equipped Apartments, constituting separate real estate within the meaning of the Act on the ownership of premises with an area of 29 to 45 m2 from their current owners, natural persons. We do not charge any fees or commissions on this account.
The rules of functioning of the housing estates, taking into account the purpose of apartments for rent, were specified in the agreement concluded between the property owners and disclosed in the land and mortgage register maintained for the common property.
They provide, among other things, that the flats must be designated for lease, and if the owner of the flat wishes to live, he or she is obliged to cover the costs of the lease office himself.
The buyer of the apartment enters into an agreement regulating the rules of functioning of the housing estate with apartments for rent and entrusts Warsaw - Apartments Sadyba Wilanów Sp. z o.o. with renting the apartment for a minimum of 2 years.
